Once connected you will be prompted to "allow shared control" of your PC at which time I will be able to see your screen and communicate with you via a text box. I will provide a free diagnostic, after which time you can decide whether or not to continue with the service. The promotional rate is $45/hr or a $75 flat fee. If you decide to accept our services you will need to provide a credit card or pay by paypal.
